Ex-BAE Manager Files FCA Suit Over Retaliation

Law360, New York (February 5, 2013, 3:25 PM EST) -- A former regional manager for a BAE Systems PLC subsidiary launched a False Claims Act suit against the defense contractor in Washington, D.C., federal court Tuesday, saying the company fired him after he blew the whistle on allegedly fraudulent government billing practices.
