ITC To Reconsider Duties On Steel From China, Others

Law360, New York (February 5, 2013, 4:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Tuesday it would launch a full review to determine whether anti-dumping and countervailing duties are still needed on hot-rolled steel products from China and five other countries.

The trade body said it had received enough feedback from foreign companies that it would carry out a full sunset review of seven separate duties, rather than a so-called expedited review, which usually result in the duties being renewed.
