CVS-Sold Fish Toy Draws ITC Trade Secrets Probe

Law360, New York (February 6, 2013, 3:27 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Tuesday it would investigate allegations that a CVS Caremark Corp. unit is importing and selling robotic toys that allegedly rely on trade secrets stolen by a former Innovation First International Inc. employee and brought to a rival toy maker.
