Vedder Price Adds Enviro Whiz From Meckler Bulger

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 6:04 PM EST) -- A veteran environmental defense attorney with a background in criminal prosecution has moved from Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson LLP to Vedder Price PC's Chicago office as a shareholder, Vedder Price announced Wednesday.

Though Brett Heinrich started his law career as a prosecutor in the Illinois attorney general's office, he spent the last two decades defending companies from environmental litigation. His move comes after a 14-year stint at Meckler Bulger, where he was a partner and the founder of their environmental practice.
