EBay Urges Court To Toss Search Patent Claims

Law360, San Francisco (February 6, 2013, 5:08 PM EST) -- EBay Inc. urged a California federal judge Wednesday to invalidate MasterObjects Inc.'s claims on two search-results patents it said the online auction site infringed, arguing that the way the patents are worded makes it impossible to tell whether they're being infringed.
