Auto Parts Cos. Score Eagle Eyes Exhibits In Antitrust Case

Law360, San Francisco (February 6, 2013, 7:49 PM EST) -- A California federal judge agreed Tuesday to unseal more than 600 exhibits from a criminal auto-lights price-fixing case against an Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd. executive, which two auto parts companies say will help them recover damages in their related civil class action.
