Reps. Jump At Chance To Kill Reviled Medicare Pay Method

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 9:08 PM EST) -- Congressional lawmakers rolled out two rival plans this week to scrap a much-maligned method for calculating physicians' Medicare payments, seizing on a new cost estimate from the Congressional Budget Office that experts say provides the best opportunity in years to eliminate the formula.
