Midas Can't Duck Class Claims It Denied Managers Breaks

Law360, San Francisco (February 7, 2013, 4:30 PM EST) -- A California state judge Thursday refused to throw out class action claims that auto-repair giant Midas Inc. failed to provide meal and rest breaks for its store managers, saying a putative class of more than 100 managers had provided enough evidence backing up the alleged employment law violations.
