CORRECTED: MedioStream's IP Case Against Microsoft In Doubt

Law360, San Francisco (February 11, 2013, 2:50 PM EST) -- A California federal judge said Thursday that he may stay most of MedioStream Inc.'s suit accusing Apple Inc., Dell Inc., Microsoft Corp. and others of violating two video encoding patents, saying he didn't want to waste time litigating patents that the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office has invalidated.
