Cousins, JP Morgan Take Over $373M Atlanta Office Complex

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 1:50 PM EST) -- Cousins Properties Inc. has teamed up with institutional investors advised by JP Morgan Asset Management to jointly own a pair of Atlanta office towers valued at $373 million, splitting Cousins Properties’ earlier interests in the Class AA properties, according to a Thursday statement.
