Enviros Throw Support Behind Pa. Fuel-Switching Plan

Law360, Philadelphia (February 8, 2013, 4:59 PM EST) -- An alternative energy advocacy group argued Thursday that the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission had the authority to force power supplier PPL Electric Utilities Corp. to include solar and natural gas fuel-switching measures into a state-mandated energy conservation plan.
