Texas High Court Won't Pick Up Chesapeake Lease Appeal

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 4:13 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday refused a second time to hear a dispute brought by a landowner who alleged Chesapeake Exploration LLC wrongfully pooled 84 acres under an expired oil and gas lease that resulted in loss royalties for the landowner.
