1st Circ. Won't Revisit Benefits Award For Drug-Relapse Risk

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 4:52 PM EST) -- The First Circuit on Friday denied a bid to rehear its January ruling that Union Security Insurance Co. is obligated to provide long-term disability benefits to a doctor who says her risk of addiction relapse was severe enough to constitute a continuing disability.
