Argentine Firm Loses Bid For Cut Of $410M BofA Deal

Law360, Miami (February 8, 2013, 9:25 PM EST) -- A Florida judge on Friday ruled an Argentine law firm is not entitled to a share of class counsel fees from Bank of America NA's $410 million settlement in overdraft fee multidistrict litigation, despite a fee-sharing agreement with a U.S. firm, because the Argentine lawyers did not comply with Florida Bar rules.
