With No New Offers, $665M Carlyle Bid Wins Duff & Phelps

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 4:03 PM EST) -- New York financial services firm Duff & Phelps Corp. closed out a go-shop period without finding a better bid than a $665 million offer leveled late last year by private equity titan Carlyle Group LP and others, it said Monday.
