LG Patent Row Belongs In ITC, Not Arbitration, Fed. Circ. Told

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 6:35 PM EST) -- InterDigital Inc. on Friday told the Federal Circuit that the U.S. International Trade Commission, and not private arbitration, is the proper venue to consider allegations that LG Electronics Inc. violated trade law by importing goods that infringe patented InterDigital wireless technology.
