CVS Can't Arbitrate Patient Info Dispute, 5th Circ. Says

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 2:27 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Monday said a lower court properly rejected CVS Caremark Corp.'s bid to compel retail pharmacies to arbitrate claims in their class action accusing CVS of using their proprietary patient information to lure customers from the pharmacy giant's rivals.
