MF Global Ch. 11 Objections Premature, Plan Proponents Say

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 6:00 PM EST) -- Proponents of MF Global Inc.’s Chapter 11 plan told a New York bankruptcy judge Tuesday that creditor objections to its disclosure statements were thinly veiled protests over the confirmation of the bankruptcy and should be overruled.
