Coeur's $383M Bid For Orko Silver Beats Other Miner's Offer

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 1:09 PM EST) -- Coeur d'Alene Mines Corp. on Wednesday laid out a CA$384 million (US$383 million) proposal to swallow up Orko Silver Corp., besting an offer from First Majestic Silver Corp. and priming a bid war over the company behind of one of the world's largest undeveloped silver deposits.
