NJ Gun Owner Privacy Bill OK'd By Assembly Committee

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 6:31 PM EST) -- A bill that would ban public access to personal information about New Jersey’s gun owners was released Wednesday by a New Jersey General Assembly committee in a move to protect the privacy of gun owners in the state.

The bill, A-3788, was introduced last week by Republican Assemblymen David Rible and Ronald Dancer, and advanced Wednesday out of the Assembly’s Law and Public Safety Committee meeting.
