Private Sector To Push For Leeway In Cybersecurity Standards

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 9:22 PM EST) -- With the White House unveiling a long-awaited executive order on cybersecurity Wednesday, attorneys expect banks, power grid operators and other businesses to soon launch aggressive lobbying campaigns to try to ensure the new standards remain voluntary, include attractive incentives and protect sensitive business information.
