American Airlines, U.S. Airways Agree To $11B Merger

Law360, Los Angeles (February 13, 2013, 10:10 PM EST) -- The bankrupt parent company of American Airlines and U.S. Airways Group Inc. separately agreed late Wednesday to approve an $11 billion merger that would create the world’s biggest airline, according to sources for the Associated Press who are close to the matter.
