AB InBev Will Shed Modelo's US Assets As Part Of $20B Deal

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 1:51 PM EST) -- Anheuser-Busch InBev NV agreed Thursday to sell Grupo Modelo SAB de CV's U.S. business to Constellation Brands Inc. for $4.75 billion in an attempt to resolve an antitrust challenge to the Belgian brewing giant's $20.1 billion bid for its Mexican rival.
