House Panel Demands To See FIO's Overdue Insurance Report

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 3:51 PM ET) -- In laying out its insurance oversight plan Thursday, the House Financial Services Committee urged the Federal Insurance Office to deliver a long-overdue report on modernizing U.S. regulation, one that state regulators worry will diminish their roles in overseeing the industry.
