Texas High Court Takes Up Mesothelioma Causation Case

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 6:36 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court agreed Friday to take up the question of whether plaintiffs in mesothelioma and wrongful death cases must satisfy two tests, the substantial factor and the “but for” cause tests, in order to prove causation holding parties responsible.
