Calif. High Court Snubs Challenge To Worker Time Rounding

Law360, San Diego (February 15, 2013, 6:05 PM EST) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to hear former See's Candy Stores Inc. employees' challenge to a ruling that the candy maker's practice of rounding worker time entries did not violate state law.
