EPA May Target Greenhouse Gases Through Clean Air Act

Law360, Austin (February 15, 2013, 8:49 PM ET) -- As partisan deadlock is likely to keep Congress from passing climate change legislation in the next four years, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency could pick up the torch and continue efforts to regulate greenhouse gases through the Clean Air Act, experts said Friday.
