ITC Affirms Intel Chips Don't Infringe X2Y's Patents

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 5:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission mostly backed a finding that certain Intel Corp. microprocessors incorporated in Apple Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Co. computers don't infringe X2Y Attenuators LLC's patents, saying Friday that it would terminate the investigation.

The commission said it would amend certain claims constructions related to X2Y's patents that were adopted by Administrative Law Judge David P.
