Pfizer Asks Ala. Top Court To Undo Generics Liability Ruling

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 7:05 PM EST) -- Pfizer Inc. and Schwarz Pharma Inc. urged Alabama's highest court on Monday to throw out its landmark decision last month that brand-name drugmakers can be held liable for injuries caused by generic drugs, saying it misunderstood the U.S. Supreme Court's Mensing decision.
