NJ Wants Unemployed On The Hook For Job Registration

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 5:19 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development on Tuesday said it wants to require the state’s unemployed to register for work or participate in job search activities when they report to the DOL or risk temporarily losing their benefits.
