EU Steps Up Sanctions On North Korea After Nuclear Test

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 2:26 PM EST) -- The European Union on Monday ratcheted up sanctions on North Korea in response to its recent nuclear and ballistic missile tests, further tightening restrictions on the pariah country's banks as well as trade in materials that could be used in missile-related systems.
