New FCPA Guides Leave Companies Guessing, Biz Groups Say

Law360, Los Angeles (February 19, 2013, 9:55 PM EST) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other business groups on Tuesday asked the federal government to clarify its enforcement guidelines on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, saying the guides expose companies to too much liability and don't adequately define the government's expectations.
