Shaub & Williams Sues Augme For $2.2M In IP Row Fees

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 3:55 PM EST) -- Shaub & Williams LLP hit Augme Technologies Inc. with a lawsuit in New York federal court Tuesday saying it's owed more than $2.2 million in attorneys' fees for work it performed in several patent infringement disputes after Augme allegedly dumped it for a larger firm.
