JC Penney CEO Lured Martha Stewart Away, Macy's Says

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 6:52 PM EST) -- J.C. Penney Co. Inc. CEO Ron Johnson personally encouraged Martha Stewart to break her exclusive contract with Macy's Inc. so she could sell her home products at J.C. Penney too, Macy's said at the start of trial in New York state court Wednesday.
