PSE&G Eyes $4B System Upgrade In Hurricane Sandy's Wake

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 7:01 PM ET) -- Public Service Electric & Gas Co. on Wednesday proposed fortifying its electric and gas systems against extreme weather through $3.9 billion in improvements that include raising, relocating or protecting switching and substations that have been affected by recent storms and upgrading flood-threatened gas mains.
