Dewey Execs Likely To Testify At Plan Confirmation Hearing

Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 10:40 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Wednesday tossed part of a subpoena that would have forced former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP executives to turn over documents related to the defunct firm’s partner contribution settlements, but the executives will still likely be called to testify at the fast-approaching plan confirmation hearing.
