Peanut Corp. Chief Charged Over Salmonella Epidemic

Law360, Washington (February 21, 2013, 2:03 PM EST) -- The CEO and other officials of now-defunct Peanut Corp. of America are facing fraud charges for their roles in a massive peanut-related salmonella outbreak that may be linked to hundreds of illnesses and nine deaths, federal officials announced Thursday.
