Essex Pays $135M For San Francisco's Fox Plaza Apts.

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 7:27 PM EST) -- In a second major deal for Essex Property Trust Inc. in recent weeks, the company has picked up the apartment portion of a San Francisco high-rise and land for another entitled multifamily project for $135 million, it announced Wednesday.
