Union Objections Stall $122M Journal Register Sale

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 3:46 PM ET) -- Newspaper group Journal Register Co. on Thursday postponed a hearing for its $122 million sale to its stalking horse bidder, a unit of hedge fund Alden Global Capital LLC, saying it has received limited objections from newspaper unions that it wants to iron out.
