FERC Won't Rehear Conoco's $500M Pipeline Protest

Law360, Philadelphia (February 21, 2013, 5:10 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday denied a request by ConocoPhillips Co. to reconsider FERC's dismissal of the oil giant's complaint opposing Spectra Energy Corp.'s $500 million plan to expand its Texas Eastern gas pipeline in Pennsylvania.
