NJ Lawmaker Wants State Oversight Of Health Exchange

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 4:59 PM EST) -- A New Jersey lawmaker introduced a resolution Thursday pushing for more state involvement in its forthcoming health insurance exchange despite Gov. Chris Christie's recent decision to have the federal government run that virtual marketplace for small businesses and the uninsured to purchase coverage.
