Magellan Commits $190M For 800 Miles Of Pipeline

Law360, Dallas (February 22, 2013, 8:15 PM EST) -- Magellan Midstream Partners LP said Friday it agreed to pay $190 million for two pipeline networks crossing about 800 miles that will distribute refined oil products from Texas to Mexico and across the Rocky Mountains in a deal with Plains All American Pipeline LP.

The purchase will include about 250 miles of common carrier pipelines that move refined petroleum products such as gas and diesel fuel from El Paso, Texas, to Albuquerque, N.M., and also link distribution across the border with a third-party pipeline in Mexico....
