Feds Drop Gun-Buying Case Against Ex-Blackwater Execs

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 6:35 PM EST) -- North Carolina federal prosecutors on Thursday dropped all remaining charges against three former Blackwater Worldwide Inc. executives who they had accused of acquiring firearms to give as gifts to the king of Jordan — actions the defendants said were overseen by the CIA — as two of the three instead pled guilty to misdemeanors.
