Mid-Continent Win In Katrina Spill Fight Upheld By 5th Circ.

Law360, New York (February 22, 2013, 5:14 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Friday affirmed a Texas federal judge’s ruling that Mid-Continent Casualty Co. did not wrongfully interfere with Sundown Energy LP’s efforts to settle an oil spill-related class action brought after hurricanes Rita and Katrina.
