Supreme Court Won't Mull Corporate Campaign Donation Ban

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 1:39 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to review two investment bankers' challenge to their indictments for unlawful direct corporate election contributions, despite their argument that the law applied was unconstitutional in the light of the high court's landmark Citizens United decision.
