Barring Patent Trolls From ITC May Do More Harm Than Good

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 7:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued just three exclusion orders in patent infringement actions by nonpracticing entities in the past six years, a figure that should quiet the growing clamor by lawmakers and others to curb lawsuits by patent trolls and other NPEs at the trade forum, attorneys say.
