Boeing Dreamliner Case Wasn't Fraudulent, 7th Circ. Told

Law360, Chicago (February 25, 2013, 3:39 PM EST) -- An Illinois city pension fund asked the Seventh Circuit on Monday to revive its securities fraud class action alleging Boeing Co. misled investors about the production schedule for its 787 Dreamliner, saying it did not commit any fraud on the district court that axed the suit.
