US Needs Plan For Unloading Excess Buildings, Reps. Hear

Law360, New York (February 27, 2013, 6:48 PM EST) -- The federal government has wasted billions of dollars on more than 77,000 vacant or underutilized buildings around the country and is in dire need of a uniform, enforceable system for determining how to dispose of or reuse them, a House committee heard Wednesday.
