9th Circ. Sends BMW Financing Row Back To Federal Court

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2013, 10:29 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday ruled that a district judge erred in sending to state court a consumer fraud class action over vehicle financing by BMW Financial Services NA LLC, saying the company didn’t miss a deadline to remove the suit to federal court.
