He co-chairs the firm's white collar litigation and government investigations practice. He provides counsel in litigation, internal investigations, and enforcement proceedings, especially those involving the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and other primary enforcement agencies. He has represented energy, financial, telecommunications, health care and industrial companies in government investigations and in civil and criminal litigation. He has also conducted corporate internal investigations and legal compliance reviews. In public service, Terwilliger was appointed as a U.S. Attorney by President Ronald Reagan and served as deputy attorney general and as acting attorney general in the George H.W. Bush administration....
